Stay dressed
No undressing, no probes, no gel. Walk in, sit, walk out. You can read or talk during the session.
New service
Sit fully clothed for about 30 minutes. The treatment delivers thousands of deep pelvic floor contractions — a workload most people cannot match with Kegels at home.

The seat targets the sling that supports the bladder — not only the fibers you can squeeze on purpose.
Used for leaks when you cough, sneeze, or lift; urgency; postpartum weakness; and pelvic support after strain or prostate treatment.
How the treatment works
The pelvic floor is the sling that supports the bladder and bowel. Childbirth, menopause, prostate treatment, and age can weaken that sling so urine leaks when pressure rises.
The seat uses focused energy to drive deep pelvic floor contractions — stronger than a voluntary Kegel. You stay fully clothed. The work targets the whole pelvic floor, not only the fibers you can squeeze on purpose.
Most people feel a strong tensing and pulsing — like an automatic Kegel or a deep tingle. It should not be painful. You can read or talk through the block.
A typical course is six sessions over three weeks (two per week). Many people notice a change after two or three visits.
Benefits of the treatment
Helps tighten the pelvic floor so men and women can regain control with coughing, sneezing, lifting, or sudden urge.
Supports a floor that has been stretched by childbirth or weakened by menopause and years of strain.
A stronger floor can improve comfort and control. Some clients notice this after a short series.
Non-invasive. You remain fully clothed. Walk in and walk out the same visit.
Some people feel a first change after a single visit. Full effect builds across the course.
Works the whole pelvic sling, not only the muscles you can isolate at home.
Before: the sling does not support the organs well. After a series: stronger, better-coordinated muscles and more bladder control.
Used when prostate treatment, strain, or age has weakened continence. Some men also notice firmer pelvic support.
Brief screen: goals, comfort, and anything we should avoid.
You sit. We set intensity so the contraction is clear, not punishing.
About 20 minutes of focused work. Read, breathe, or sit quietly.
Stand, note how you feel, book the next block if you are on a course.
Most people do six sessions over about three weeks. Ten-session packages leave room for maintenance.
It should not be painful. Most people feel strong tensing, pulsing, or a deep tingle.
Do not book if you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, implanted electronic device, metal plates such as a hip replacement, or a copper IUD unless your clinician clears you.
Some people feel a change after one visit. Most notice something by session two or three. Full effect builds across a six-session course.
