Neveskin answers from the original FAQ, plus pelvic treatment questions.
The device is managed by a computerized system. Cooling is controlled by a temperature sensor in the treatment head and displayed in real time. Neveskin has been used widely in France as a non-invasive slimming treatment.
Slimming lasts about 28 minutes and is applied with a massage technique. The session begins with about 2 minutes of heat, then temperature drops (around −8°C at the wand) for the rest of the session. The goal is to cool fat tissue into the range that triggers apoptosis. Dead cells leave through the lymphatic system.
Clinical work on this class of treatment shows fat-cell reduction that continues for 2–3 weeks after a session, plus improved microcirculation and a collagen boost from the hot/cold shock. Individual results vary.
Most clients describe it as painless and even pleasant. The session starts warm and cools gradually.
Severe Raynaud’s, very poor circulation, pregnancy, severe diabetes, cancer, liver disease, or kidney disease. If you have another serious health concern, ask your physician first.
Slimming every 15 days. Toning/lifting about every 7 days. The pause lets the body clear cellular waste through blood, lymph, and urine.
Yes. If you train the same day, schedule treatment first. Working out immediately before makes it harder to cool the tissue.
Comfortable clothing. We provide everything else. For the pelvic treatment, stay in normal clothes and skip metal belts if you can.
Neveskin cycles heat and cold rather than cold alone. That thermal exchange is what drops fat tissue toward the apoptosis range.
To avoid overloading drainage pathways and to limit internal cooling. In general treat upper or lower body in a given session — for example face and arms, or stomach and legs. Legs count as one area because time is split between them.
Most people only notice more frequent or darker urine for a few days. Occasional redness, brief local tenderness, or itching (sometimes related to products on the skin) can occur. Do not apply lotions before treatment.
Many people see a change after the first session. The best effect typically shows at 15 days to 3 weeks and can continue for months. Longevity depends on lifestyle. Two or three maintenance sessions about six months later are often suggested.
A 30-minute sit-down session. You remain fully clothed while the treatment works the pelvic floor. It is used for leaks, urgency, postpartum weakness, and pelvic support. Details and packages are on the pelvic treatment page.
